We build and implement software that empowers recruiters and hiring managers to proactively headhunt ideal candidates at scale, and then rank according to technical skill. Technical recruitment is prohibitively expensive to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates. Kikioo enables an entirely new method of hiring candidates to quickly deliver high-ROI recruitment campaigns.

Michael has been a founding member on multiple successful startups as CMO and growth hacker – working in tech for over a decade. All of them faced the same challenge – finding great tech talent. Whether an innovative startup, a large corporate, or a recruiter, the same conversations continued to arise around talent attraction. Either there were too many roles not being filled fast enough, or the quality of candidates weren’t at a high enough level. Michael founded Kikioo to deliver a quantum leap in effectiveness and productivity to enable recruiters to overcome this challenge.
